Alert YOUR most important sex organ!

The following is for two people, although we love all types of touch.. Enjoy the, Slow & Gentle Touch.

Keeping the spark alive in your sexual experiences involves building anticipation and a sense of yearning.

  • Slowing down the pace allows for mental anticipation, recognizing that the brain is the most important sex organ.

  • Overstimulation from intense and rapid movements can desensitize nerve endings.

  • The following exercise aims to slow down and enhance the pleasure and sensory awareness for both partners.

Exercise:

  1. Get comfortable by undressing together and having your partner lie down.

  2. Encourage your partner to anticipate your next touch as you perform this exercise.

  3. Begin by holding your hands just above their skin, letting the warmth be felt for a minute.

  4. Gently place your hands on the same spot.

  5. Lift your hands and choose a nearby area. Again, hold your hand just above it for a minute before making contact.

  6. Repeat this process, covering various areas of their body. You can even use other parts of your body instead of your hands.

  7. Take it to the next level: Rest your hands lightly on their body and inform your partner that you're about to remove them. Ask them to hold onto the memory of your touch.

  8. Slowly lift your hands, giving your partner a moment to savor the sensation before placing your hands down again.

  9. With practice, your partner may not even realize when you're no longer in physical contact after lifting your hands.

Follow-up:

After completing the exercise, share your experience with your partner. Discuss the impact and emotions evoked by this exercise for each of you, whether positive or negative. Explore and deepen your connection.
